National College Dodgeball Championship at GVSU

April 4th and 5th you'll be able to see some actual competition in dodgeball! I had no idea this even really existed. The championship games start at 1:15pm on the 4th at the GVSU Fieldhouse in Allendale. The tournament finals are on the 5th at 8am. This is a free event as far as I can tell.

Toys 'R Us is having this mysterious Easter event for kids from 12-2pm on April 4th. I tried to find out more information but they weren't answering their phones for some reason. Act on Racism to perform at Fountain St. Church

Act on Racism is a group of Grand Valley students that are trying to combat racism through what they call "educative theater". Dinosaur Planetarium Show $3

Today is the Public Museum's Grand Rapids resident FREE day. Every Monday is actually. So if you have a license that says Grand Rapids for your city than you can get in for FREE. And if you have little ones with you they can get in for FREE as well since you would be getting the tickets. Today would be a great day to catch the Dinosaur Planetarium show since it costs $3 plus your museum admission. That would make your total cost just $3! These shows are always fun and worth the $3.
