$.49 Cent Bagels

Do you ever get those Thrifty Shopper coupon booklets or any such thing? I do and I love them. Most people just throw them away without giving them a second glance. I just got one in the mail and thought I'd share a sweet deal I found. This one is called the Money Clip Magazine and there's an ad inside for Bab's Deli. You might know it better as Big Apple Bagels. Their ad says that this is Bagel Week and they are offering bagels for .49 cents. There's a coupon with the ad that you must use and you can get a dozen bagels for $6! That's a pretty good deal. They also have coupons for buy one get something for .16 cents. You should also check out babsdeligr.com for some other offers as well. So if you got this money saver in the mail you might want to flip through it.

Yard Sale for Local Charity

August 13-15th you can check out this special yard sale where all the profits are going to Youth for Christ Grand Rapids, specifically the Northview YFC. They will be having a special where you can fill a bag for $5 with anything you can squeeze into a grocery bag. They have furniture as well! There's clothes of every size, videos, shoes, electronics, dishes, CD's, winter coats and so much more. The sale will start at 10am and end at 5pm all three days. It will be held at 1048 3 mile rd. nw just off Alpine by Home Depot. It will be right across the street from Anchor Baptist Church.

Children's Concert

The East Grand Rapids KDL will be rockin' out with kids on August 13th at 2pm. They will be singing silly songs about being green. This is for all ages and is a FREE 2 hour concert.
