I love this sale and they've been having it often. This is how it works - you look over their ad to find the items that are on sale under this title and then you purchase 10 of your choice and you will get the 11th item free. Here's a peak at what might be on my shopping list:

I also noticed when digging around on their site that they offer bulk grocery shopping online that you can have delivered to your house. I haven't done a ton of looking into this but I must say I was intrigued. You can look for yourself here.
