Tomorrow is another technique class at Williams-Sonoma in the Woodland Mall. This week is the Basics of Baking. Here's what their flier says, "If you are timid about baking, this class will ease your concerns as it walks through the basic techniques found in baking. Learn how to correctly prepare pans, what folding, whisking, creaming and stirring really mean, the stages of meringue and much more. This class will cover the basics of technique, foods and equipment, every home baker should know and master."
