The Zoo Is Open!

I've heard it said that the animals at the zoo are much more active in the winter time. Something about the cold gets them out and about. This was confirmed the other day when my friend took her daughter and saw the animals quite lively. The John Ball Zoo USED to be free during the winter months but even the animals can't escape the bad economy. They began to charge during the winter and this past year even closed all together for a little while. But the zoo is open again! And they are charging a reduced fee to get it. It'll cost $3.50 for adults and $3 for kids under 14. That's a great deal! I have yet to check it out but I'm hoping to get out their soon.
