There are so many different e-mail clubs that you can join and companies will send you free things as a welcome gift or thank you. Here's a list them to try. But I wouldn't suggest hitting them all at once. I did that when I first got started and ended up using some but losing others. They usually have an expiration date of 2 weeks after it's sent to you. So go slow and enjoy the goodies.

They seem to change their offers monthly, and at times the give away a free small fry after 5pm with these. I have used this before to order a sandwich off their cheapie menu and ended up paying $1.06 for a sandwich and small fries!
