I recently discovered some deals at our local TCBY store. We only have one location around here and it's at:

They are now hosting a "happy hour" from 5-6pm where they are offering 1/2 price smoothies.
Their website also has a promo running about .99cent waffle cone Wednesdays. The promo says that it is at participating locations, though. I haven't had a chance to call ours.
Nothing like a chilly treat on a chilly day.
