Billy's Lounge is a great little place in the heart of eastown. Monday and Tuesday nights they offer open mic nights. Although, the two nights are distinctly different. Monday is your typical open mic night but Tuesday is called Plugged open mic night. This is a night for bands to come and show their stuff. Both nights are FREE as long as you're 21 or older. They both also start at 9pm.
