The Yankee Clipper Branch of GRPL is hosting Food Memories tonight from 6:30 - 7:30pm. This is one I've never heard of before show I'm just going to share what their website says.
"Just what is Slow Food? Come learn more about this international movement and how you can be involved. Slow Food West Michigan President Amy Sherman will introduce you to the principles of Slow Food through an exclusive tasting menu. We will focus on food memories and traditions, artisanal producers and local farmers, heritage breeds and seeds, sustainability and local sourcing, as well as the pleasures of the table. Each topic will be experienced through food, discussion and sharing among the participants. "
