By senior I mean senior citizens. The Northview School newsletter just came in the mail and I noticed some interesting activities available for seniors. Here's some of what I found:
Monthly book discussion
-Begins September 10 at 1pm
Monthly lunch brunch
-Wednesday, September 16
Apprentices for Life lecture series
-The history of coffee
-presented by Floyd Havemeier, owner of Herman's Boy in Rockford
-Thursday, September 17 at 1pm
Card and game playing
-Every Wednesday at 1pm
