400 artists...25 downtown locations...2 trolleys...1 evening. That's how my e-mail started out for this fantastic event happening on April 16th from 6-11pm. It's called Art Downtown and it's one of the many things that makes Grand Rapids such a great place to live. Here's some of the details:
1. To make sure you hit all the stops go here to print out a map of all the locations.
2. Free trolley rides are available at any of the hotspots which are numbered on the map.
3. As far as I can tell there is no charge for this event.
4. Vertigo Music is one of the stores along the way and they will be offering 25% off used CD's
5. The Grand Rapids Art Museum is also along the route and they are offering $1 admission and keeping their doors open until 11pm.
