Khari, "Needlz" Cain is a hip-hop producer who challenges musical boundaries by carving out his own identity in today's highly competitive market. His list of productions credits resembles a musical collage of Hip Hop and R&B, morphing soulful textures to fit seamlessly with any artist he works with. His distinctive club-savvy style is malleable enough to transcend genres, labels, and categories, and has posed as the musical platform for many industry heavyweights. Needlz gained acclaim for the infectious single Think Ya'll Know from Fabolous' 2003 mixtape album, More Street Dreams 2. Needlz also landed the television theme music for both BET's Rap City: The Bassment, and MTV's Sucker Free Sundays.

6. Taste of Soul Sunday / Feb. 24th, 1-4pm @ Main Library
-Join us as we celebrate African American history and culture at the third annual Taste of Soul Sunday. Sample African American art, music, literature, history and food. With all this stuff being free and the variety of things being offered it's all just too good to pass up.
