
A little while ago you might have noticed that I had a list of classes you could take at Williams Sonoma in the Woodland Mall. It was a little slice on the side of my blog. I stopped by the store the other day and picked up their new list of "Technique Classes". So I thought I'd use this weeks spot to highlight this unique opportunity.
The store is located in the Woodland Mall over by the food court. The technique classes are free but they ask that you reserve a spot. You can call them at 956-2297 to do that. Here's the list of classes they have through August.

I've always thought of Williams-Sonoma as the cooks mecca so I would imagine that these classes would be quite a treat. I'm not a cook by any means so I won't be participating. But I would love to hear about your time there, should you try it out.
