Target Coupon / Envelope

Did you notice in the Sunday Target ad that the middle is something you can actually rip out, fold up and mail? They're offering a $1 coupon off any resusable shopping bag valued at $1.49 when you send them 5 Target plastic bags in this ad/envelope. I thought it was quite clever even if I don't need another bag. I still might do it just for the recycling fun of it.
